Being an 'It Girl' has become a lost art gone astray with nude lipstick and Sassy Magazine. Sure, paging through the tabloid fodder, you might spot one or two, but does that twig bitch Vogue calls an 'It Girl' really have what it takes fill Chloë Sevigny's Valentino shoes? No. That's why I've created a personal list of 'It Girls' in no particular order. Keep in mind, while some of these women are true inspirations, others are listed solely for style purposes.
